WOODALL, Agnes

Agnes Woodall was born August 14, 1879.  When but four years of age she came to claim as parent Mrs. James Woodall. The care for and kindness of parents may be best given in the child’s never forgetting the date of her “coming home.”  She was converted in the winter of 91. As a Sunday School scholar we remember her as well informed and ever eager to express helpful thoughts.  Although young in years, she was more thoughtful than due her age. Honor to parents, reverence for age, politeness and kindness to schoolmates are some of the attributes to which her short life points.  And during her two weeks sickness a Christian character was exemplified. She had a purposive life, expecting soon to enter a higher school as a preparatory for the instruction of others. Her life was full of promise, but she could no longer be spared to brighten the home below: for an Alwise Father has called her to the home beyond, to where she gave evidence she was going.
